Power Platform Developer

About the Role Power Platform Developer to design, implement, and migrate business solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform suite. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse, with strong experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and .NET development. You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver modern, efficient, and scalable applications, ensuring best practices, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities • Develop, configure, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate (Flow) solutions. • Design and configure Power Pages for internal and external websites. • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365. • Perform customization, configuration, and deployment in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Forms, Views, Plug-ins, Workflows, and BPFs. • Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into scalable Power Platform solutions. • Implement data integrations and migrations using Azure Synapse and Azure Data Factory. • Collaborate in Agile SDLC environments, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices. • Create technical documentation, mockups, and prototypes to support development and solution proposals. • Utilize DevOps practices for Power Platform/D365 environments (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator). • Develop scripts using PowerShell and extend functionality through SPFx and .NET/JavaScript/C#. • Work with Microsoft Copilot Studio to enhance automation and intelligence capabilities. Required Qualifications • ✅ 8+ Years of total IT experience. • ✅ 5+ Years of hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse). • ✅ 5+ Years of experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, PowerShell, and SPFx. • ✅ 5+ Years of custom development using .NET, JavaScript, and C#. • ✅ 3+ Years of experience in Azure Data Factory/Azure Synapse. • ✅ 2+ Years of DevOps experience in Power Platform or D365 environments. • 🎯 Strong understanding of D365 customization, configuration, and workflow automation. • 💬 Excellent communication skills and experience leading technical and business discussions. Highly Desired • 🎓 Certifications in PowerApps Developer or Power Platform Professional. • 🤖 1+ Year of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio. • 💡 Experience defining governance frameworks and best practices for Power Platform environments.
