Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to support the client in designing, developing, and enhancing business applications using Microsoft Power Platform within a government-regulated environment. This role focuses on building secure, scalable Canvas and model-driven applications, automating workflows, and integrating enterprise data sources to support internal business operations.
The consultant will analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and develop applications within Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC) while integrating with Azure Commercial Cloud SQL databases. Responsibilities include building a project tracking application, developing Power Automate workflows, creating a front-end CRM-style portal integrated with Active Directory, and ensuring seamless integration with SharePoint and external systems.
The role also requires close collaboration with developers and stakeholders to establish best practices, improve application quality, and provide knowledge transfer to internal staff. This position is hands-on and requires strong experience with Power Apps advanced techniques, integrations, and mentoring junior developers.

• Experience building Canvas Apps for internal business applications
• Experience developing Power Automate workflows for business processes
• Experience integrating applications with Active Directory and enterprise data sources
• Experience with Microsoft Premium Connectors and external databases
• Experience using APIs to integrate with third-party systems
• Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)
• Experience designing reusable components and applying advanced Power Apps techniques
• Experience mentoring or guiding other Power Platform developers
• Experience with .NET, Java, C#, or similar languages to support Power Platform solutions
