Job Title: Power Platform Developer

Key Responsibilities
Tool Design & Planning
· Partner with internal stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements
· Translate business needs into functional, scalable solutions
· Design workflows and data structures that improve team efficiency
Development & Customization
· Build customized applications for enterprise initiatives and events
· Develop proof-of-concept solutions and iterate in an agile manner
· Introduce creative technical solutions beyond the team’s current capabilities
Power Platform Development
· Extensive use of Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Lists, and Power BI
· Support data capture, automation, and visualization needs.
Testing & Deployment
· Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
· Ensure solutions meet quality standards before production deployment
· Roll out tools for broader enterprise use
Security & Compliance
· Ensure appropriate data access, role-based permissions, and compliance standards
· Maintain performance, security, and reliability of deployed solutions
Ongoing Support & Continuous Improvement
· Maintain and enhance existing tools
· Implement new features and improvements based on feedback
· Provide user support and ongoing optimization
1. Required Qualifications & Skills
Technical Qualifications
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform
· Experience with workflow automation and data modeling
· UI/UX design experience within Power Apps
· Familiarity with enterprise tools and APIs (preferred)
· Knowledge of scripting or query languages is a plus
Experience & Education
· Minimum 2+ years of experience developing similar automation solutions
· Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Soft Skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
· Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
