Power Platform Developer

Job Title: Power Platform Developer Location: Tallahassee, FL Duration: Long term contract Job Description: The client is seeking a Power Platform Developer to support and enhance its CHS Kiosk System. The selected consultant will design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and Office 365. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, developing multi-screen kiosk applications, creating real-time dashboards, implementing workflow automations, conducting code reviews, and documenting system enhancements. The consultant will also provide recommendations for SharePoint-based content management improvements, deliver regular project status updates, and ensure compliance with all Department security and confidentiality requirements. Required Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience implementing, administering, and supporting Microsoft Office 365. • Minimum 5 years of experience implementing architectural solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate workflows. • Minimum 1 year of experience conducting and participating in code reviews. • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. • Experience working with business stakeholders and delivering technical documentation. Preferred Skills: • Power BI dashboard development. • SharePoint Online administration and integration. • Event-driven automation and workflow design. • Application documentation and reporting. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
