Technical Skill Set Required: • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) – strong hands-on experience in building and managing applications. • Power Automate – deep expertise in automating workflows and business processes. • Power BI – ability to design, develop, and optimize reports and dashboards. • SharePoint Online – proficiency in integrating and extending Power Platform solutions with SharePoint. • Experience with Dataverse and Microsoft 365 ecosystem integration is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and lifecycle management in Power Platform. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline. • 10–17 years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power Platform technologies. • Demonstrated success in multi-region application rollouts and stakeholder collaboration across time zones. • Excellent communication skills and ability to act as a liaison between business and technical teams. • Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), PL-600 (Solution Architect), or PL-900 (Fundamentals) are a plus.
