PowerApps Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to lead the migration of existing business applications built in GoCanvas to Microsoft Power Apps. This role requires a strong understanding of both platforms, business process workflows, data modeling, and integration with backend systems such as SharePoint, SQL, or Dataverse. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze the existing GoCanvas applications and gather functional and technical requirements. • Design and build equivalent applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas or Model-driven). • Implement workflows using Power Automate to replicate or improve GoCanvas logic. • Migrate data from GoCanvas to a suitable backend (Dataverse, SharePoint, or SQL). • Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft 365, Teams, or other business systems as needed. • Provide documentation, training, and support to end users and stakeholders. • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure application usability and business fit. • Optimize the Power Apps solutions for performance, maintainability, and scalability. Required Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience in developing applications on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). • Experience with GoCanvas or similar mobile forms platforms. • Strong understanding of data sources including SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and Excel. • Proficiency in Power Fx, JSON, and data transformation techniques. • Experience with UI/UX best practices for mobile and desktop apps. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with migrating applications from GoCanvas or other low-code platforms to Power Platform. • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400). • Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, APIs, and connectors. • Background in process automation or mobile field service apps is a plus.
