PowerApps Model-Driven Developer

Duration: 2+ Months Location: MN-Maplewood, 100% Remote Overview: Every consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. As a PowerApps Model-Driven Developer, you will join's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market. Responsibilities • PowerApps development and configuration, including integrations with SAP, HANA, Snowflake, Figures, etc. • Support for testing, including defect triage, fixing, and retesting • Deployment prep and hypercare support • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions • Provide architectural guidance and present solution options with pros and cons • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution • Expert-level knowledge of Model-Driven PowerApps, with working experience in Canvas apps • Strong understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem and Dynamics 365 CE • Proven ability to deliver enterprise-grade solutions and share knowledge across teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a global team • Passionate about technology and continuous improvement • Technical Skills: • Hands-on experience with: • PowerApps Model-Driven Apps and Portals • Dynamics 365 CE • Power Automate • Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, Data Factory • Plugin development, JavaScript, C#, .NET • Microsoft Power Platform DevOps and deployment pipelines • SQL and relational database design • Power BI (preferred) The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
