PowerPoint and Graphics Specialist

Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $65 - 70 per hour We are hiring a high-impact PowerPoint and Graphics Specialist to join our team as a key individual contributor! You will play a critical role in transforming complex data science and analytics insights into visually compelling, executive-ready presentations. Hybrid 3 days per week in Malvern, PA. Responsibilites: • Design Executive-Level Presentations: Create high-impact presentation decks that distill complex data science models, analytics insights, and strategic recommendations into clear, visually compelling formats for senior leadership. • Visual Storytelling: Apply principles of narrative structure, visual hierarchy, and data visualization to guide audiences through analytical findings and business implications. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with analytics leaders, analysts, data scientists, machine learning engineers, and data engineers to understand content, define messaging goals, and deliver polished presentation materials. • Brand and Design Consistency: Ensure all materials align with brand standards and maintain a consistent visual identity across presentations. • Template and Asset Development: Build and maintain a library of reusable templates, icons, and visual assets to support scalable presentation development. • Presentation Coaching: Provide guidance to team members on visual best practices, storytelling techniques, and effective communication strategies. • Project Management: Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing short turnaround times with high standards of quality and accuracy. Qualifications: • Minimum of 10 years of experience in presentation design, visual communications, or a related field. • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Data Visualization, or a related discipline. • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a strong portfolio of executive-level presentations. • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel). • Experience working with data science and analytics teams to translate technical content into business-friendly visuals. • Exceptional attention to detail, layout, typography, and color theory. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a corporate, consulting, or financial services environment. • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and accessibility standards. • Motion graphics or animation experience (e.g., After Effects, PowerPoint Morph, Lottie) is a plus. • Experience with storytelling frameworks such as SCQA, Pyramid Principle, or Minto.
