Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced PowerServer Engineer to audit, assess, and analyze existing PowerBuilder/PowerServer applications. The role involves identifying technical gaps, investigating performance issues, recommending modernization strategies, and providing technical guidance for application optimization and future migration initiatives.
Required Skills:
• Strong experience with PowerBuilder and PowerServer.
• Experience in application auditing, system analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SQL Server/Oracle and client-server/web application architectures.
• Expertise in performance tuning, legacy application modernization, and technical documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with cloud migration (Azure/AWS).
• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices.
• Previous consulting or advisory experience.
