Job Title: Precision Genomics Data Analyst Location: Chesterfield, MO, 63017 Duration: 12 Months Job Type: Temporary Assignment Work Type: Onsite Pay Rate: $ 50.00-60.00/ Hourly Description: • Knowledge in working with one or more of the following tools: R and/or Python, SQL, AWS and GCP. • Utilize data science expertise to develop, improve and optimize analytics products with an emphasis on advancing data pipelines and enhancing the quality of genotyping/genomic and operational data at scale, and providing technical support to facilitate daily genotyping/genomics data delivery. • Works with cross-functional team to resolve data quality issues which may include implementing methodologies to assess and enhance the quality of genotyping/genomic data. • Work closely with research scientists, data scientists, and software developers to integrate diverse datasets and foster collaborative research efforts. • Ensure that the developed models align with ongoing research and development projects.
