Senior Presentation Analyst, Business Operations
Location: New York, NY (Preferred) – Hybrid (Approximately 4 days onsite)
Duration: 4 months +
Rate: 50
Support executive leadership by transforming complex business performance, marketplace trends, and advertising insights into compelling executive-ready presentations. This opportunity is with a large, matrixed media organization focused on ad-supported television and streaming. The role is ideal for professionals with expertise in business operations, analytics, and executive storytelling. This is a contract opportunity.
If you enjoy combining analytics with strategic storytelling, this role offers the chance to influence executive decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. You'll work on high-visibility initiatives presented to SVP, CFO, and CEO-level leadership while partnering across multiple business functions. The position provides exposure to media strategy, advertising, and emerging AI productivity tools in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Contract Duration: 4 months + possible extensions
Required Skills & Experience
· 3–5 years of experience in media or a related industry
· Experience in business operations, ad sales, analytics, or strategic planning
· Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-level presentations
· Strong Excel skills for data organization and analysis
· Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable business insights
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Executive-level presentation and narrative storytelling experience
· Strong understanding of media math, addressable advertising, and the media distribution landscape
· Experience working within large, matrixed organizations
· Ability to manage multiple priorities under aggressive deadlines
· High attention to detail, integrity, accountability, and professionalism
