Presentation Designer [AQ-11628]

We are looking for a Presentation Designer who specializes in turning complex concepts into powerful visual narratives. In this role, you won’t just build slides—you will act as a strategic creative partner, shaping how our biggest ideas and keynotes are communicated. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, creative directors, event producers, and cross-functional leaders to transform raw content, event strategies, and business goals into high-impact visual stories. The ideal candidate thrives under high-visibility pressure, possesses impeccable visual judgment, and takes end-to-end ownership from narrative framing to pixel-perfect delivery. Responsibilities • Translate complex strategic, technical, and business ideas into clear, audience-centric narratives and high-impact visual structures. • Design, polish, and deliver executive-ready decks for high-stakes keynotes, leadership summits, and company-wide events. • Lead presentation development from initial concepting and narrative arc creation through final delivery under tight event timelines. • Partner with cross-functional teams to shape messaging strategy, slide cadence, and presenter flow. • Build and maintain scalable presentation systems, master templates, custom visual assets, and design guidelines to uphold brand excellence across the organization. Requirements • 6+ years in presentation design, visual communications, or graphic design, with a heavy focus on executive-level deliverables and corporate keynotes. • Expert proficiency in MS PowerPoint (advanced layout, custom animation, data visualization, typography, and master template creation). • Demonstrated ability to structure unorganized information into a cohesive, persuasive story arc. • Proven track record of directly advising and guiding senior leadership through the design and storytelling process. • Ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. • Strong understanding of brand guidelines, with experience building reusable systems and scalable design assets. • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). • Experience designing for large-scale corporate events, major tech keynotes, or investor presentations. • Proficiency with supporting design tools such as Figma, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). • Background in technology, corporate strategy, or high-growth environments. • Strong narrative framing skills with a background in creative direction or message strategy. • A portfolio showcasing executive presentation design, storytelling frameworks, data visualization, and refined corporate design systems is required for consideration. Compensation Range: $45 -50/hr DOE The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
