Role description
Job Title: Presentation Graphic Specialist
Location: Malvern, PA 19355 (Hybrid)
Position Type: Contract (6-months, with strong potential for extension/conversion)
About the Role:
Our client, a world-leading financial services organization, is embarking on a critical data-driven transformation. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Presentation & Data Visualization Specialist to join their elite Digital & Analytics team. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you will be the key bridge between complex data analytics and executive-level decision-making.
You will be responsible for transforming intricate data science models and analytical findings into visually compelling, executive-ready narratives. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller with a keen design eye, capable of operating with minimal direction in a fast-paced, agile environment. Your work will directly influence senior leadership, including C-level executives, by making complex data accessible, engaging, and actionable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Executive-Level Storytelling: Design and build high-stakes PowerPoint presentations that distill complex data into clear, persuasive visual stories for senior leadership.
• Visual Asset Creation: Develop sophisticated infographics, video summaries, and dynamic visual assets to enhance understanding and engagement for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Template & System Development: Create and maintain a library of reusable templates, icons, and design assets to empower analysts and ensure brand consistency across the organization.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner directly with analytics leaders, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand content, define key messages, and deliver polished presentation materials.
• Proactive Partnership: Operate with a strategic mindset, anticipating needs, managing multiple stakeholders, and proactively seeking clarity to deliver exceptional results with vague or shifting requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in executive-level presentation design, data visualization, or visual communications.
• An exceptional portfolio is required, rich with examples of infographics, executive PowerPoint decks, and video storytelling that demonstrates your ability to simplify complex information.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator).
• Proven experience in the financial services or a similarly complex analytical industry is highly desired.
• Strong foundational understanding of analytics and data; you don't need to be a data scientist, but you must be able to grasp analytical concepts to tell a accurate story.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and thrive in an ambiguous environment with stakeholders who require several creative iterations.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with a client-centric mindset.
