Required Skills
• 15+ years of experience in Software Development, Solution Architecture, and Enterprise Engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong expertise in Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot.
• Extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Design Patterns, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience implementing TDD, automation, and engineering quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and organizational change management skills.
