Title: Principal Data Scientist 1 Location: Remote Position Type: Full Time Compensation Pay Range:$200,000 Per Year Description This is a remote, full-time role focused on leading analytical projects and sharing results. The position involves managing teams, overseeing model development, and enhancing methodologies. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience in data science and project leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead analytical projects and share results with stakeholders. Conduct code reviews and approve models before customer delivery. Develop and evaluate new frameworks and methodologies. Manage and lead teams, both directly and indirectly. Ensure high standards in model development. Qualifications Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders. Proven problem-solving abilities and leadership in collaborative environments. Experience mentoring or training colleagues as a subject matter expert. Management experience, with direct or indirect team leadership. Extensive experience in data science roles and complex project leadership.
