Primary Skills: Machine Learning (Advanced), Agentic AI (Advanced), Python (Advanced), NLP (Advanced), MLOps (Advanced), Contract Type: W2 Contract Duration: 6+ Months Location: Bentonville, AR or Bellevue WA or Sunnyvale CA ( - Onsite) Pay Range: $50.00 - $60.00 Per Hour #LP Job Summary: This role is for a senior individual contributor who will provide technical leadership and shape the future of AI systems and platforms. You will drive the design and development of advanced solutions that create significant impact across the organization. The position blends deep technical knowledge with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, mentor talent, and deliver impactful, productionized AI systems. Key Responsibilities: • Architect and deploy end-to-end ML/AI systems from data to production. • Lead development and implementation of agentic AI and simulation technologies. • Design and build large-scale AI systems and autonomous AI agents. • Develop frameworks for evaluating agent performance and quality. • Deploy enterprise-level NLP solutions at scale for data analysis. Must-Have Skills: • Proven experience building and deploying production ML systems. • Expertise in agentic AI development and orchestration. • Strong proficiency in Python for data science and ML. Experience with large-scale retail or e-commerce operations, leveraging AI and ML to solve complex business challenges, is highly preferred.
