About The Role We have a contract opportunity for a Privacy Analyst based in Aberdeen to Support the Global Data Protection Officer in the implementation of a global privacy compliance framework. • Work across multiple international business units to complete Data Mapping, Data Protection Impact Assessments and Deliver Training • Ensure the protection of the organisation & Privacy Data via appropriate organisational and technical measures • Comply with all regulatory requirements, legislation and oranisational Procedures • Work with the Global DPO and Global Privacy Adviser on data privacy within the organisation • Identify and record the company's data processing activities (RoPAs) • Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) • Ensure compliance within relevant privacy laws and regulations • Respond proactively to potential data security breaches Requirements Key Responsibilities: • Professional Qualifications - CIPP/E or similar • Experience in a Data Privacy, Compliance or similar role • Excellent stakeholder management skills • High level of personal integrity, as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and show an appropriate level of judgment and maturity • Ability to adapt quickly to change and work effectively in dynamic environments
