Job Description
We are seeking a Process Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and support the strategic objectives of Customer Contact Centers.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, operations leaders, and IT teams to develop innovative automation technologies, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance customer service operations and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and implement process automation and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.
• Create and maintain applications using technologies such as Visual Studio, Pega, Microsoft Access, SQL databases, VBA, and other automation platforms.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements.
• Troubleshoot application, database, and automation-related issues while serving as a liaison between business units and IT teams.
• Develop, code, unit test, debug, and deploy automation solutions in a production environment.
• Support validation testing efforts before and after technology changes and system enhancements.
• Review organizational needs and business goals to determine impacts on applications, systems, and workflows.
• Maintain documentation for automation solutions, processes, and technical specifications.
• Participate in ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of existing automation tools and applications.
• Collaborate with leaders and team members to develop test plans and ensure successful project delivery.
• Support after-hours, weekend, standby, and emergency response activities as required.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Programming, Management Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent certification may be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience developing applications in a corporate environment.
• Experience with:

• Microsoft Access
• SQL Databases
• Microsoft 365 Applications
• Knowledge of Customer Information Systems (CIS) and/or Data Information Systems (DIS).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within small team environments.
• Experience supporting software development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support activities.
Preferred Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
• 1–3 years of experience developing VBA applications.
• Experience supporting Customer Contact Centers or Call Center Operations.
• Familiarity with:
• Process improvement methodologies
• Business process automation
• Workflow optimization
• Lean Certification or experience with Lean methodologies.
• Six Sigma certification or practical experience applying Six Sigma principles.
• Experience working in highly regulated or enterprise-level environments.
