Process Development Associate

Payrate: 22.00 - $23.00/hr. Responsibilities: • Execute mammalian cell culture experiments at different scales in shake flasks, culture bags and bioreactors. • Execute purification experiments, mainly filtration, chromatography and UFDF, at different scales. • Program automation for process equipment including benchtop bioreactors, chromatography systems, and robotic liquid handling systems • Execute process/equipment troubleshooting. • Design experiments and analyze the data using visualization and analytics software. • Document experimental data in lab notebooks. • Communicate findings through reports and presentations. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate is a recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate in a life sciences field with hands-on laboratory experience, particularly in mammalian cell culture and/or protein purification techniques. • Success in this role requires someone who is eager to learn, highly trainable, and motivated to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced team environment. • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is the ability to confidently discuss past lab experience in interviews. Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets: • Relevant hands-on lab experience in cell culture or protein purification. • Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. • Experience with data analysis tools Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $22.00 - $23.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
