Job Title: Process Surveillance Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Process Surveillance Analyst to support surveillance planning, risk coverage analysis, data validation, and process documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure surveillance activities align with organizational policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Support quarterly surveillance planning and documentation updates.
• Analyze and consolidate data from multiple sources to identify key changes and trends.
• Validate and reconcile data across various systems and reports.
• Identify surveillance gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to address them.
• Prepare data-driven insights and reports for leadership.
• Assist with risk and control management activities.
• Create and maintain surveillance tests and related system attributes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of system updates.
Required Skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends or discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Background in risk management, compliance, audit, governance, or business analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
