Immediate need for a talented Product Analyst. This is a 08+ month contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Mclean, VA (Onsite). Key Responsibilities: • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and structure complex problems into clear, actionable • insights • Strong ownership mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes with minimal defects • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to manage expectations and navigate competing priorities • Clear, concise communicator who can translate complex concepts into meaningful business impact • Proactive, curious, and continuously seeking ways to improve product quality, efficiency, and customer experience • Collaborative teammate who models accountability, professionalism, and inclusive ways of working Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Key skills; Product analysis , XML/JSON , SharePoint • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information • Systems) or equivalent professional experience • Typically 5+ years of hands-on experience in product analysis, data analysis, or technical • business analysis at a senior level • Proven expertise in analyzing, mapping, and transforming complex data structures (XML, • JSON) and implementing conditional logic for accurate data integration • Experience using AI-powered tools and advanced analytics techniques for requirements • development, prototyping, or test scenario generation • Strong technical proficiency in Agile delivery environments, including backlog • management, refinement, and sprint execution • Proficiency with product and delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to • influence across technical and non-technical audiences • Experience supporting data-driven or platform-based products in financial services, • mortgage, or regulated industries • Understanding of loan eligibility, credit risk assessment, and closing data standards • (ULDD, UCD, XML) • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs and regulatory requirements into • technically robust product solutions • Familiarity with automation, data validation, and quality assurance processes in a product environment Our client is a leading Banking Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
