Product Analyst

Business Analyst Responsibilities: • Support customer and market research and competitor benchmarking to understand customer needs and product feasibility • Develop technological solutions to improve product and services • Support development of the business plan e.g., target market analysis, product growth plan • Support pricing strategy development by conducting data collection and analysis • Document epics and write user stories • Support development and management of the product roadmap • Maintain prioritization of the product backlog • Collect and analyze customer feedback • Perform data collection and analysis to understand progress against KPIs • Support Product Management as a liaison with Product Development Team to guide the PD team and make sure business needs are being conveyed and met e.g., clarify and elaborate stories as needed with developers, provide feedback on WIP and completed user stories Requirements: Basic: • Knowledge of agile methodology • Experience creating user stories and documenting epics • Experience in performing analytical work • Knowledge and use of behavioral analysis tools to understand user experience across different landscapes • Experienced in analyzing data sets, creating flow diagrams, preparing high level summaries and workflows • Experienced in quality assurance and usability testing • Ability to conduct cost/benefit analyses Preferred: • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance • 3+ years of Product Analyst or Business Analyst experience (Fintech / Payments / Banking OR SaaS platforms with transaction workflows) • Ability to work through Ambiguity • Team Development and Motivation • Product Lifecycle Management • Customer Centricity • Digital IQ and Technology Transistor • Analytical Judgement • Accountability and Initiative • Results Driven • Financial Acumen • Experience collaborating with UX design • Experience managing vendor relationships • Experience managing internal and external integration partners • Experience managing customer support product escalations • Good communication and collaboration skills • Intuitive problem solving, ability to troubleshoot errors and issues • Strong written and verbal communications skills • Business case development and strong presentation skills Compensation: • $40.64/hour to $54.19/hour Req# 499
