Position: IT Product Analyst
Location: Wichita, KS
Duration: 6 month C2H
Salary: 75k
Schedule: Mon-Friday in office
Must Haves:
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting custom applications
• Experience writing SQL queries
• Experience effectively communicating and problem-solving with customers and other IT teams
• Enterprise environment tech support experience
• Experience with integrated applications
Plusses:
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting event-based and API integrations
• Experience with AWS Technologies (Lambda, S3, Cloudwatch, AWS X-Ray)
• Experience with scheduling and monitoring tools (SPLUNK, Automic, LogicMonitor, or others), and knowledge of effective alerting practices
• Familiarity using GitHub CoPilot with the ability to navigate code repository and find/understand feature files
• Familiarity with data integration tools such as Denodo, Alteryx, Matillion

Insight Global is looking to hire an IT Product Analyst to join the team with a customer of ours in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will provide crucial support to custom products by actively monitoring systems to detect issues, responding promptly to user-reported problems, and troubleshooting to ensure swift resolution. Acting as an escalation point for the team, you guide other analysts in addressing complex challenges and collaborate with the organizations IT teams to develop innovative solutions. By driving discussions, you work to enhance monitoring, alerts, and logging processes, aiming to prevent issues where possible and ensure rapid detection and resolution of anomalies. You prioritize meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by resolving critical issues on time and ensuring that monitoring systems are well-equipped to safeguard business operations. A key part of your role involves maintaining and refining documentation alongside the product team, ensuring clarity and usability for both users and support staff. In addition, you continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and operational workflows, applying forward-thinking strategies to enhance the quality of service. This multifaceted role requires critical thinking, collaboration, and a customer-centric mindset, enabling you to drive meaningful improvements and deliver exceptional support. This is a 6 month contract to hire, and will be local to Wichita, KS.
