Job: Product Analyst Location: 100% remote Term: 6 month+ CT TOP SKILLS β€’ 5+ years as a Product team member within data engineeringΒ· β€’ Hands on SQL β€’ Familiarity with Python to create data pipelines β€’ Experience within PBM or healthcare domain is a huge plus β€’ Wants the person well versed in user stories and how to capture the requirements β€’ Works closely with the data engineering and software engineering team- communication CVS Health is seeking a Technical Product Analyst to support the Claims Tagging Engine product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product, data engineering, and downstream system integrations and will focus heavily on data-driven products rather than UI-facing work. The Product Analyst will partner closely with data engineers, product stakeholders, and downstream teams to define requirements, conduct data analysis, and support integrations across core CVS systems. Key Products Supported β€’ Claims Tagging Engine (primary focus) β€’ Rules Hub β€’ Insight X Responsibilities β€’ Own and define product requirements for the Claims Tagging Engine β€’ Write clear, technical user stories and acceptance criteria β€’ Perform hands-on data analysis to support feature development β€’ Run SQL queries to validate data, requirements, and downstream impacts β€’ Support and validate data integrations with downstream systems including GMS and rebate platforms β€’ Partner closely with data engineers and technical stakeholders β€’ Communicate effectively across technical and business teams Required Skill Set β€’ Strong hands-on SQL experience (critical) β€’ Experience supporting data-driven or data engineering products β€’ Ability to analyze datasets and validate business logic β€’ Experience writing technical product requirements β€’ Comfort working with APIs, pipelines, and integrations Preferred Qualifications β€’ Python experience (used primarily for data pipelines) β€’ Prior experience in healthcare, PBM, or insurance domains β€’ Background working with internal enterprise platforms β€’ Experience operating in a squad or product-based delivery model Experience Level β€’ Mid-level β€’ Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience preferred β€’ Senior-level experience not required
