Job Title: Operations (Product Information) Analyst I
Location: Beaverton, OR

Pay Range: $22-27/hr. on W2
Job Description:
Provide day-to-day product information management and operational support to Product Management, Merchandising, Development, and Operations teams.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain accurate product information throughout the product creation lifecycle. Support product data governance, system readiness, data quality initiatives, reporting, and operational processes that ensure product information is complete, accurate, and available for downstream business functions.
This role supports a fast-paced product creation environment focused on data integrity, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while working with large datasets and business systems.
Job Functions:
• Manage and maintain product information throughout the product creation lifecycle.
• Ensure product data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across multiple business systems.
• Partner with Product Management, Merchandising, Development, and Operations teams to support product data requirements.
• Perform data audits, validations, and quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot product information and system-related issues while maintaining data governance standards.
• Support product setup, updates, maintenance activities, and operational workflows.
• Maintain reports, trackers, dashboards, and documentation related to product information management.
• Assist with downstream system readiness and successful product data integration activities.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives focused on data quality and operational efficiency.
• Support key product creation milestones and provide operational support for business integration initiatives.
Skills/Abilities:
• Strong data management and analytical skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and digital business tools.
• Experience with PLM, PIM, ERP, or similar business systems is preferred.
• Retail, apparel, footwear, merchandising, or consumer products experience is a plus.
Experience:
• 1–3 years of professional experience in product operations, product lifecycle management, data management, merchandising operations, or related fields.
