Key Responsibilities: -
• Strong partner to Product Leadership: Provide proactive support on requirements clarity, stakeholder alignment, and delivery execution—helping translate direction into clear teamlevel work.
• Outcome-driven mindset: Identify opportunities to modernize processes, simplify experiences, and improve speed-to-value through practical improvements.
• Support responsible AI adoption: Help identify and document use cases where AI can improve decision-making, automation, customer experience, and operational efficiency—while ensuring governance, risk, and control expectations are considered.
• Relentless focus on customer value: Advocate for customer needs, validate assumptions through feedback loops, and help ensure delivered capabilities solve real problems.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
• Key skills: - Jira/ Confluence, product Analysis, Requirement gathering, Financial/ Mortgage Domain exp required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2 - 4 years of experience in product /business analysis, product operations, or a related role supporting technology delivery.
• Proficient with Atlassian software suite (Jira, Confluence) or similar agile management tools.
• Experience working with agile delivery teams (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and supporting backlog refinement, business process documentation and requirements management.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills; able to use data and stakeholder input to inform recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to facilitate working sessions and document outcomes clearly.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with flexibility to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
• Experience in the mortgage, real estate, or broader financial services industry is required.
