Job Title: MES Product Analyst - Manufacturing Technology Type: Contract Location: Remote Summary: We are seeking a skilled MES Product Analyst to join our Manufacturing Technology team. In this role, you will be pivotal in analyzing, optimizing, and transforming our manufacturing processes using advanced software solutions, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), cloud technologies (specifically Azure), and low-code application platforms (LCAP) like Mendix and Tulip. You will collaborate with global stakeholders and end-users to define user stories, identify automation opportunities, and drive the adoption of modern manufacturing solutions within a cloud-based infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders including MedTech LCAP team members (TPM, TPO), site personnel (quality, IT leads, SMEs), and development teams (developers, QA, Independent Quality). • Analyze manufacturing data and processes to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement and automation using LCAP tools. • Define, document, and refine user stories and business requirements for MES and LCAP solutions (Mendix, Tulip), ensuring alignment with business value and technical feasibility. • Contribute to the product backlog prioritization and refinement, adhering to best practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC), GxP, quality, compliance, and security standards. • Facilitate the development of process improvements and applications using Mendix and Tulip platforms. • Support the design and creation of dashboards and reports to monitor manufacturing KPIs. • Assist in MES migration efforts, including requirements gathering, data mapping, process standardization, and validation within an Azure cloud environment. • Provide training and support to end-users for MES, Mendix, and Tulip applications. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for enhanced manufacturing processes. • Ensure robust data synchronization and integration between MES (Tulip), LCAP (Mendix), ERP, PLM, and other relevant systems. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Demonstrated knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) concepts and functionalities. • Experience with or strong understanding of low-code platforms, specifically Mendix and/or Tulip. • Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization tools. • Experience working within cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical specifications. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with MES implementation, configuration, or migration projects. • Hands-on experience developing applications or solutions using Mendix or Tulip. • Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL). • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). • Experience with system integration techniques and concepts. • Knowledge of manufacturing automation technologies and principles. • Familiarity with design and collaboration tools like Roadmunk, Mural, or Figma.
