Job Position: Product Analytics Lead – Amplitude / Adoption & Experience Insights Location: Louisville, Kentucky (Remote) Job Description: Role Summary • Lead implementation and adoption of Amplitude for product analytics, enabling measurement of user behavior, feature adoption, and experience insights across AI-driven applications. • The role will ensure business stakeholders can assess adoption, usage patterns, and decision insights across applications. Key Responsibilities • Own implementation, rollout, and scaling of Amplitude platform • Enable tracking of: • • Feature usage and product adoption • • User behavior and engagement • • Acceptance vs override vs trust signals in AI outputs • Work closely with: • • Product teams • • Engineering teams • • AI application teams • Drive integration of Amplitude with: • • Applications under development • • AI-powered workflows • Define: • • Event tracking strategy • • Instrumentation standards • Build dashboards for: • • Adoption metrics • • Product usage insights • • Support ongoing enhancements of analytics and reporting Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience with Amplitude (implementation and instrumentation) • Expertise in: • • Product analytics • • Event tracking frameworks • • Experience integrating analytics platforms with applications • Knowledge of: • Data pipelines Preferred Skills • Experience in AI-driven applications and user interaction analytics • Understanding of: • • Experimentation frameworks • • Behavioral analytics Profile Expectation (Critical per Sufian) • Ability to quickly take over platform from product team • Strong capability to work across: • • Business + technical stakeholders • • Capable of scaling adoption across multiple applications
