Job Title: Product Architect Location: Dallas, TXDuration: 6 MonthsSalary: $60/hr - $70/hr Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Architect with strong expertise in full-stack Java development, microservices, and cloud-native architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and building scalable, distributed systems on Google Cloud or other public cloud platforms. This role requires deep technical proficiency, architectural vision, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and implement end-to-end cloud-native applications using Java, Spring, and microservices frameworks. Lead solution design sessions, ensuring scalability, availability, and fault-tolerance across distributed systems. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and JSON/SOAP-based services for enterprise applications. Work closely with DevOps teams to establish robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, or equivalent tools. Collaborate with database engineers to design and optimize data models using PostgreSQL or MongoDB. Deploy, monitor, and manage applications in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other public cloud environments. Apply Kubernetes concepts to design and manage containerized workloads. Ensure seamless data exchange and system interoperability between AS400 systems and cloud-based applications. Drive architectural best practices, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards. Partner with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, prioritize features, and align deliverables with business goals. Required Skills & Competencies: Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, and AngularJS development expertise. Strong proficiency in Microservices architecture and API development. Hands-on experience (3+ years) with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Azure. Solid understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration. Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Argo CD. Proficient in PostgreSQL or MongoDB database design and development. Familiarity with AS400-based systems and cloud integration techniques. Deep understanding of distributed systems and fault-tolerant architectures. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams. Minimum 2 years of experience in an Architect role. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Google Cloud-native offerings and related architecture patterns. Proven ability to design, build, and scale enterprise-level systems from the ground up.
