Contract Length: 6 months (potential extension/convert)
Rate: $46.00/hour - $50/hour
Interview Process: 1 round (45 min Teams) + possible 2nd round

Role Overview
We are seeking two Product Business Analysts to support a multi-year buildout within our Banking Operations. This role is at the intersection of business and technology, focused on gathering requirements, driving stakeholder conversations, and helping to establish Agile processes as the team scales. The position requires a confident, proactive professional who can lead conversations, take initiative, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead discovery sessions and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams.
• Write and manage user stories in Jira.
• Partner with developers and Scrum teams in an Agile environment.
• Document processes, workflows, and requirements.
• Drive conversations with subject matter experts to define solutions.
• Support the buildout of the Agile framework as the team grows.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within Business Execution.
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in Business Execution, Business Analysis, or a related strategy role.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and stakeholder meetings.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proficiency with Jira for user story and backlog management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technology teams.
• A self-starter personality with a proactive mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Experience helping to establish new Agile environments.
• Exposure to AI tools within Jira or other business analysis workflows.
• A strong personality with a leadership presence.
