Role description
This position on the GBSG Marketing Operations team will support marketing programs across the Global Business Solutions Group. The primary duty is configuring, managing, and monitoring all in-product messaging within the US. This position ensures customers receive timely, relevant, and accurate messages while working closely with the business to maintain a customer-focused in-product experience.
This role also manages daily operational tasks requiring extreme attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve reported issues. A proactive, self-driven, βwhatever it takesβ approach is essential for tackling challenges and ensuring successful outcomes. You will use internally developed and industry-leading tools.
This role demands excellent communication and proven collaboration skills with large cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, engineering, analytics, finance, etc.) to ensure holistic solutions without negative up/downstream impacts. Candidates must be comfortable with complex marketing programs, adept at analyzing data, and skilled in applying learnings to optimize future initiatives.
This role, within the Pricing Operations team, offers potential for expansion beyond the IPD Team's current scope. A natural love for data is essential, plus the ability to communicate findings to diverse stakeholders and define actionable solutions.
Once established, candidates must define individual workflows and create repeatable, documented processes. This role requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities accurately. Proactive questioning is crucial; candidates must seek clarification if something is unclear or seems incorrect. Dynamic thinking and the ability to pivot strategies when required are essential. Candidates must show extreme ownership and accountability for their work, driving various initiatives to completion, often simultaneously.
