We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Data Analyst with experience in SAP and PLM systems to support product and pricing data management. This role works cross-functionally with merchandising, product development, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely execution of go-to-market (GTM) activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain product and pricing master data in SAP and PLM systems
• Manage effective date pricing (EDP) files and generate sales price lists aligned with GTM timelines
• Support product launches and seasonal updates by maintaining accurate product data
• Audit and validate product and pricing data across systems and tools
• Identify data discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with IT to develop tools and reports to improve data quality and auditing
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure data integrity
• Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• 4+ years of experience in data management, preferably product and pricing data
• Experience with SAP and PLM systems preferred
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, functions, data analysis)

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
