Role description
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Product Data Analyst to support data and analytics work for Clientβs Digital Ordering team. The role focuses on launching large restaurant chains on Client-built websites and mobile apps, with the goal of improving the ordering experience and driving sales growth. The contractor will be responsible for building and maintaining reporting, dashboards, and quality monitoring to provide clear visibility into launch performance. Responsibilities include producing weekly quality readouts, surfacing anomalies and restaurant-level insights, and supporting cross-functional partners in troubleshooting data or experiment setups that impact accurate measurement.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and quality monitoring for restaurant chain launches
β’ Produce weekly quality readouts and surface anomalies or restaurant-level insights
β’ Support cross-functional partners (product, engineering, business) in troubleshooting data and experiment setups
β’ Provide deep dive analysis to separate actionable insights from noise
β’ Contribute to improving the ordering experience and sales growth through data-driven recommendations
Required Qualifications
β’ Strong SQL skills
β’ Experience building dashboards and designing underlying data sources
β’ Strong product and business intuition to interpret data with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience with A/B testing and experimentation design/analysis
β’ Ability to convert open-ended business questions into measurable hypotheses
β’ Skills in analyzing and evaluating hypotheses to present actionable recommendations
Education
Bachelorβs degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics) preferred
