ECLARO's client is one of the largest mutual life insurance companies and provides long-term care insurance, mutual funds and retirement-plan services across the US. Position Overview: β€’ Highly analytical, detail-oriented insights professional. β€’ This role will own monthly reporting for key digital client acquisition programs, delivering actionable insights using data from across multiple sources, and will support ad-hoc analyses upon request. β€’ Operate in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment where accuracy, clarity, and curiosity matter. β€’ Insight development, data integrity, visually compelling presentations, and high-quality storytelling are core expectations embedded across everything this role delivers. Pay Rate: $43.63/Hour. Responsibilities: β€’ Monthly Reporting: β€’ Compile and present recurring, high-visibility reporting that outlines program performance and informs leadership decision-making. β€’ At times, compiling the reporting may require reconciling disparate sources into a trusted, end-to-end campaign view. β€’ All reporting should identify trends, drivers, and opportunities - with the aim of clearly articulating the "why” behind performance. β€’ Perform thorough data validation and cross-checks to ensure accuracy across all reporting outputs. β€’ Financial Education: β€’ Own the monthly Financial Education performance reports, pulling from Salesforce, Excel-based sources, Tableau, PowerBI, and other internal datasets. β€’ Agent & GO Websites: β€’ Lead monthly reporting leveraging Google Analytics, and internal and vendor data sources. β€’ Extract, segment, and structure Google Analytics data into meaningful groupings aligned to program goals. β€’ Ad-Hoc & One-Time Projects: β€’ Support ad-hoc analyses from partners across Field Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams; provide clear, data-backed answers that guide program decisions. β€’ Balance these asks with ongoing monthly reporting deliverables. β€’ Strategic Support (ongoing, ad-hoc): β€’ Respond to leadership and partner requests for targeted analyses, trend deep-dives, and program diagnostics. β€’ Analytics Readiness (ongoing, ad-hoc): β€’ Partner with the broader Product Insights and Analytics team to ensure new metrics and features are measurable, reliable, and integrated into reporting. β€’ Explore new datasets, test emerging KPIs, and help shape measurement frameworks as programs mature. β€’ Tracking & Data Quality (one-time project): β€’ Update and validate tracking parameters (UTMs) across agent digital properties to ensure accurate downstream performance measurement. β€’ Cross-Functional Partnership: β€’ Collaborate across the Client Growth & Retention Value Stream to ensure alignment on goals, measurement, and insight needs. β€’ Support efforts to streamline and automate data processes by helping determine which metrics are essential for reporting automation. β€’ Serve as the day-to-day third-party vendor point of contact for data and reporting, coordinating data file exchanges and ensuring timely, accurate data delivery.
