β’ Reconcile data from multiple sources into cohesive, trustworthy deliverables.
β’ Conduct thorough data validation across all reporting.
Financial Education:
β’ Own monthly reporting using Salesforce, Excel-based sources, Tableau, PowerBI, and internal datasets.
Agent & GO Websites:
β’ Lead monthly reporting using Google Analytics and additional internal/vendor data sources.
β’ Extract, segment, and organize Google Analytics data into insights aligned with program goals.
1. Ad-Hoc & Project-Based Analysis
β’ Deliver targeted analyses, diagnostic deep-dives, and trend reviews for leadership and partner teams.
β’ Support analytics readiness by validating new metrics, integrating new data, and shaping measurement frameworks.
β’ Ensure accurate performance tracking by updating and validating UTMs across agent digital properties.
1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
β’ Partner across the Client Growth & Retention Value Stream to align on measurement needs and insight priorities.
