We are seeking a Technical Product Operations Specialist to drive high-impact initiatives at the intersection of AI, data, and product operations. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge workflows involving LLM training, data quality, and AI-driven automation, while partnering closely with product, engineering, and operations teams.
The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of technical depth and program management capability, with the ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision. You are a self-starter and effective communicator, comfortable collaborating across global teams and navigating ambiguity. You thrive in fast-paced environments and consistently deliver data-driven, high-quality outcomes
You will play a key role in influencing product outcomes through data-driven insights, scalable solutions, and cross-functional collaboration, while managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in program management, product operations, consulting, or strategy
• Expertise in SQL (CTEs, joins, aggregations, transformations)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, AI-assisted workflows, or prompt-based systems
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (automation, complex analysis)
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with data annotation/labeling or LLM-related workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL, or data infrastructure concepts
• Exposure to low-code/no-code or AI-assisted prototyping
• Experience working with engineering teams on technical requirements
• Background in QA, testing, or ML/AI validation workflows
