6+ month contract 3 days onsite in DFW area Overview We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead modernization efforts for critical healthcare data and product-matching applications. This role will support the transition from legacy .NET systems and master data platforms to modern, AI-driven, data-centric solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong Product Ownership, business analysis, and technical expertise, with experience managing complex data workflows and enterprise applications. Success in this role requires critical thinking, strong stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Key Responsibilities • Own and prioritize the product backlog for product matching, exception management, and master data modernization initiatives. • Partner with business, engineering, architecture, and data teams to define product requirements and roadmap priorities. • Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow documentation. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives. • Support initiatives involving legacy modernization, new application development, Informatica integrations, and master data transformation. • Drive AI-first product delivery practices and ensure requirements support validation and automation. • Improve data matching, exception handling, and enterprise data quality processes. • Collaborate with teams working in Neo4j, graph databases, and SQL-based environments. • Identify risks, remove blockers, and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership. Required Qualifications • 8+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst experience in Agile environments. • Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria. • Proven success partnering with engineering teams on enterprise applications. • Experience with full-stack applications and graph database technologies (Neo4j preferred). • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Experience with data platforms, APIs, integrations, or master data management initiatives. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to lead Agile ceremonies without a dedicated Scrum Master. • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or modernization programs. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with AI-enabled product development. • Background in data matching, data quality, or exception management. • Familiarity with Informatica or enterprise master data management platforms.
