Acting as the liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams, this role manages data-related requests and priorities, ensuring delivery and alignment with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Data Request & Issue Management โ€ข Organize incoming data requests, ensuring traceability and resolution through a centralized log. โ€ข Liaise with IT for timely resolution and communication of issues. Jira Oversight & Road Mapping โ€ข Manage Jira boards for tracking tasks and roadmap planning aligned with business goals. โ€ข Scope, prioritize, and update data-related tickets effectively. Stakeholder Collaboration โ€ข Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables. โ€ข Host regular check-ins with teams to track alignment and progress. Technical Support & Data Modeling โ€ข Assist engineers with data modeling, documentation, and validation. โ€ข Ensure data structures align with business logic and use cases. Reporting & Analysis โ€ข Analyze and visualize data trends to support decision-making. โ€ข Contribute to database management and data integrity efforts. Required Experience: โ€ข 5-10 years of experience in data operations, product ownership, or business analysis. โ€ข Proven collaboration with engineering and IT teams. โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or related field. Nice-to-Have Experience: โ€ข Hands-on experience with data governance and compliance tools. โ€ข Prior work in retail, finance, or compliance environments.
