Acting as the liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams, this role manages data-related requests and priorities, ensuring delivery and alignment with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Data Request & Issue Management • Organize incoming data requests, ensuring traceability and resolution through a centralized log. • Liaise with IT for timely resolution and communication of issues. Jira Oversight & Road Mapping • Manage Jira boards for tracking tasks and roadmap planning aligned with business goals. • Scope, prioritize, and update data-related tickets effectively. Stakeholder Collaboration • Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables. • Host regular check-ins with teams to track alignment and progress. Technical Support & Data Modeling • Assist engineers with data modeling, documentation, and validation. • Ensure data structures align with business logic and use cases. Reporting & Analysis • Analyze and visualize data trends to support decision-making. • Contribute to database management and data integrity efforts. Required Experience: • 5-10 years of experience in data operations, product ownership, or business analysis. • Proven collaboration with engineering and IT teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or related field. Nice-to-Have Experience: • Hands-on experience with data governance and compliance tools. • Prior work in retail, finance, or compliance environments.
