Tittle - Product Owner Location - 3 days a week onsite Newtown Square PA Duration - Contract to hire Position Descriptio • nAct as the Product Owner supporting Azure DevOps (not Jira) for Agile Sprinting and data-focused initiatives within an Agile environmen • tPartner closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and data resources to define and prioritize requirement • sLead backlog management, sprint planning, and user story development within Azure DevOp • sPerform hands-on analysis including data profiling, querying, and validation to support data-driven decision-makin • gTranslate business needs into clear technical requirements with a focus on data workflows and process optimizatio • nSupport healthcare-related systems and data initiatives, including ERP/HCM platform integration sRequired Skill • s11+ years total experience in IT career - progressing from Analyst to hands-on technical, to some Product Owner or task master • .Strong experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint tracking, and user story creatio • nHealthcare industry experience with understanding of healthcare data and workflow • sExperience with ERP/HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft) and understanding of how they support business processe • sAbility to quickly analyze and spread to team to speed up process.
