Pay Rate: $47.77 - $54.60/hourSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMJob OverviewThe Product Specialist (Senior Specialist level) is responsible for driving process improvement, operational efficiency, and productivity enhancements across multiple programs. This role plays a key part in analyzing existing workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing scalable solutions, with a strong emphasis on SharePoint design, automation, and data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities
β’ Evaluate existing processes, procedures, and practices and recommend improvements
β’ Develop, review, and update process documentation, guidelines, and workflows to enhance efficiency
β’ Conduct detailed workflow mapping and gap analysis to identify pain points
β’ Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions, including sites, lists, libraries, and workflows
β’ Create and configure SharePoint layouts, navigation, branding, and content structures
β’ Develop and implement automated workflows for approvals, task routing, and data collection
β’ Build custom SharePoint web parts and features to enhance functionality
β’ Manage SharePoint lists and document libraries with appropriate metadata and security settings
β’ Track, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources to support continuous improvement
β’ Develop reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to communicate insights
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally to gather accurate, complete, and actionable data
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills & QualificationsRequired (Must-Have)
β’ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office applications
β’ Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Visio
β’ Working knowledge and hands-on experience with SharePoint applications
β’ Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, process improvement, or operational enhancement
β’ Strong analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
β’ Advanced skills in data tracking, management, and reporting using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
β’ Experience with data synthesis, interpretation, and stakeholder presentations
β’ Ability to create and manage automated data collection and reporting workflows
β’ Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
Education
β’ Bachelorβs Degree required
