Production Services Engineer

Job Summary • This role provides Production services critical applications with Cloud Infrastructure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and services for Healthcare Payment Solutions under Merchant Services multiple Platforms. location: Charlotte, North Carolina job type: Contract salary: $55.06 - 65.06 per hour Work Hours education: Bachelors Responsibilities • Merchant Services Application Support streamline in agile across four critical merchant service platforms· Monitor and support applications for 100% SLA meets· • Production Ticket/Issue Triage • Preparing RCA - Root Cause Analysis (RCA) document • Partner with Application team, CCO, application support teams to resolve the issue • Prepare and/or review Impact Analysis based on issue analysis • Hands on experience with application support SRE workload. • Write scripts to automate mundane daily Clients tasks • willing to provide support after office hours, weekends and stay on call when business needs • Identify root cause in the code, suggest break-fix activities in the code and/or DB • Follow the release management and code deployment process to migrate the code changes. Qualifications • Minimum seven years' experience in the payment technology industry. Strong knowledge of Cloud technology in AWS, Azure and Heroku methodologies. Five to ten,(5-10) years of working into a production environment with Change management technology experience. Working knowledge of • Cloud Infrastructure, • GCP, • Docker, • Kubernetes, • Terraform, • ELK, • Instana, • Grafana, • Java, • Oracle, • Pythan, Perl, • SQL/ Splunk.
