Role description
Role - ABL Lead developer
Location - USA Remote
The role of a Developer is completing technical designs for new features & enhancements, performing software testing, and providing support to production FDM4 ERP application.
Responsibilities include managing and maintaining FDM4 ERP system and create, enhance, and maintain programs to run the application smoothly. Additional responsibilities include production support, managing bugs and coordinating with team members to find the solutions for future enhancements on applications.
Tech Skills:
Must have minimum 5-8 years of Progress OpenEdge ABL programming language development experience
Progress OpenEdge ABL/4GL, OpenEdge RDBMS concepts, Object-Oriented and OOPS concepts, and SQL
Experience in server side programming in any object oriented languages like Java, Python etc.
Programming experience using Progress Appserver and Progress Database is an added advantage
Good to have HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
Good to have experience in any ERP system
Expert Agile methodologies
Experience using Postman.
Ability to work as an individual contributor, and solving complex problems.
Nice to have experience in building web service using Progress OpenEdge ABL
