Job Title: Project Analyst
Location: Lansdale PA
Pay Rate: $28/hr on W2
Day Shift: 7a - 4p or 8a - 5p - 9/80 schedule
Overview
The Project Analyst supports a critical remediation initiative focused on improving Government Property processes following recent DCMA audit findings. This role is responsible for executing tactical data cleanup, system updates, and asset tracking activities to restore compliance and ensure accurate reporting of government-owned property.
The position requires a highly detail-oriented individual who can manage high-volume data entry, analyze discrepancies, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Audit Remediation & Compliance Support
• Support corrective action plans (CARs) resulting from DCMA audit findings
• Assist in restoring compliance with Government Property requirements and internal policies
• Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies impacting audit readiness
• Maintain accurate documentation to support audit trails and compliance reviews
Data Management & System Updates
• Perform high-volume data entry, validation, and cleanup within systems such as PIEE and EQUIP
• Ensure all government property records are complete, accurate, and up to date
• Reconcile system data against physical asset records and supporting documentation
• Monitor data integrity and proactively address gaps or inconsistencies
Asset Tracking & Hardware Management
• Track and maintain records for government-owned property and hardware assets
• Support inventory reconciliation and asset lifecycle tracking (receipt, transfer, disposition)
• Investigate missing or misclassified assets and coordinate resolution efforts
• Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to validate asset data
Project Coordination & Reporting
• Assist in planning and tracking remediation efforts, timelines, and deliverables
• Gather and analyze data to provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Monitor progress and escalate risks, delays, or system issues
• Maintain organized records and reporting dashboards for project visibility
Process Improvement & Execution
• Evaluate current Government Property processes and identify inefficiencies
• Recommend and support implementation of process improvements
• Assist in standardizing procedures and documentation for long-term sustainability
• Provide tactical support to stabilize operations during transition and backfill gaps
Qualifications
Required:
• 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, data analysis, compliance, or operations support
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume, accuracy-critical work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, filtering, basic analysis)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with government property, asset tracking, or inventory systems
• Familiarity with DCMA compliance or audit environments
• Experience with ERP or tracking systems (e.g., PIEE, EQUIP, SAP, Oracle)
• Background in aerospace, defense, or regulated industries
• Experience supporting data cleanup or system remediation efforts
