Role description
Role: Project Analytics Specialist
Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the Burgess Hill office
Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay: £220.26 - £241.65 PAYE basic (excluding holiday pay) or £293 - £320.03 Umbrella (including holiday pay)
12 Month Contract
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Project Analytics Specialist to join one of our longstanding clients on a 12-month contract (Inside IR35). This is a hybrid position requiring two days per week on-site at their Burgess Hill office.
Benefits:

• Competitive day rates (PAYE or Umbrella)

• 25 days holiday per annum + bank holidays
• Hybrid working model with two days in the office
The Requirements:
• University degree (Upper Second Class or equivalent) or higher
• Excellent written and spoken English for business communication
• Proven experience in project management, process improvement, and innovation
• Strong background in customer-centric roles, delivering solutions aligned with business and customer needs
• Skilled in coordination and communication across cross-functional and matrix environments
• Comfortable with change and driving digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with Lean, Agile, and PMO methodologies
• Understanding of digital tools and AI technologies
• Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean Management) are advantageous
The Role:
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Agile methodologies to enhance processes and systems
• Provide data-driven insights to inform project prioritisation and resource allocation
• Implement PMO practices and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Drive adoption of digital and AI tools to improve business performance
• Support data quality and integrity to enable reliable analytics and decision-making
• Facilitate collaboration between teams and stakeholders for successful delivery
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement action plans to enhance efficiency
• Mentor colleagues on project management best practices and foster a culture of innovation
