Project Business Analyst

• Delivers on delegated tasks specific to externally funded initiatives assigned by a manager on the Shared Solutions team. • Acquire thorough knowledge of each externally funded initiatives. Understand goals and objectives, key stakeholders, etc. • Ensure data quality in files sent between Accredo and vendor in support of compliance program. • Pull data from internal data source and send to vendor in support of texting piot program. Ensure quality and accuracy of data. • Accurately transcribe text campaign responses and add to patient record. • Assesses, plans, monitors, evaluates, and reports on each project. • Clearly communicates any issues or concerns related to the data. Solutions for any issues. • Participates in the design, development, and implementation of new enhancements including automation, controls, reporting, etc. • Compiles and analyzes results for identification of improvement opportunities. • If time permits deliver on other projects as assigned. • Vigiliance and performance management for a variety of programs • Needs great attention to detail, data management skills, Microsoft skills, strong ability to multi-task. • 3+ years of relevant work experience (product management, marketing, product development, sales or significant cross-functional project-based experience) • Microsoft Office suite proficiency • Proficient data analysis and reporting skills; basic financial analysis skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to create leadership presentations. • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality. • Ability to work towards specific deliverables within an environment of tight deadlines. • Knowledge of specialty pharmacy and/or PBM processes preferred but not required. • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines • Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
