What You'll Do
Financial Oversight & Planning
Support the full lifecycle of program financials, including budget planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
β’ Develop and maintain forecasts and track actual spend against plan
β’ Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
β’ Contribute to accurate financial reporting and executive summaries
Resource & Staffing Alignment
Help ensure the right resources are aligned to program needs and financial plans.
β’ Maintain resource plans tied to budget approvals and demand
β’ Partner with stakeholders to align staffing strategy with delivery goals
Governance & Controls
Promote strong financial discipline and compliance across the program.
β’ Support processes related to cost tracking, accruals, and financial governance
β’ Contribute to readiness for audits and adherence to internal policies
β’ Assist in ensuring accurate classification of project-related costs
Vendor & Operational Coordination
Act as a key point of coordination across internal teams and external partners.
β’ Monitor vendor performance, billing accuracy, and contract alignment
β’ Assist in resolving financial or operational discrepancies
Reporting & Insights
Deliver clear, meaningful visibility into program performance.
β’ Create dashboards and reports to communicate financial and operational metrics
β’ Provide ad hoc analysis to support leadership decision-making
What You Bring
β’ Background in financial analysis, program support, or project controlling within complex environments
β’ Experience working with budgets, forecasting, and performance tracking
β’ Familiarity with enterprise financial systems (such as SAP or similar platforms)
β’ Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data to generate insights
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively across business, finance, and technology teams
β’ Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear narratives
Nice to Have
β’ Exposure to large-scale transformation or technology programs
β’ Experience in regulated or highly structured industries
β’ Knowledge of financial governance practices or audit processes
β’ Familiarity with data visualization tools or dashboard creation (e.g., Power BI)

β’ Stakeholders have clear, timely insight into performance and risks
