About the Role: Job Title – Project Manager - Data Location – Sheffield, UK Mode of Work – Hybrid (2 Days Onsite in Week) Type of Hiring – Fixed Term Employment (FTE) Project Duration – 06 - 12 Months (Possible Extension) Skills Mandatory Skills : Resource Management, Stakeholder Management Required Skills • Strong Excel proficiency pivot tables lookup formulas data validation • Good PowerPoint skills for creating professional presentations • Analytical mindset with attention to detail • Ability to work with large datasets and summarize insights effectively • Good communication and collaboration skills Preferred Skills Nice to have: • Exposure to data visualization tools Power BI Tableau • Basic understanding of SQL or willingness to learn • Familiarity with project program management concepts Key Responsibilities: Data Handling Analysis: • Work with large datasets using Excel pivot tables VLOOKUP INDEXMATCH conditional formatting • Perform data cleaning validation and basic trend analysis • Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for operational and strategic reviews Presentation Communication: • Create PowerPoint presentations with strong visual storytelling • Summarize complex data into Executive Committee ExColevel insights training will be provided • Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders Project Program Support: • Collaborate with project managers to track KPIs and progress • Support ad hoc analysis for decision making and risk identification Continuous Learning: • Develop skills in advanced analytics tools Power Bi Tableau SQL Python training opportunities available • Stay curious and proactive in improving processes and reporting quality
