Location: Philadelphia PA 19103-Hybrid
Contract Duration: 12 Months contract
Pay Range: $25-$27/hr. on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support and enhance our complaint management process. This role will focus on analyzing complaint trends, evaluating root causes, and providing insights that help streamline workflows and improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical abilities, hands-on experience with Power BI and Excel, and a solid foundation in data storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze end-to-end complaint data to identify trends, recurring issues, and process bottlenecks.
Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support operational and leadership decision-making.
Develop advanced Excel models, pivot tables, and analytical tools to support daily and weekly reporting needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Customer Experience, Compliance, etc.) to understand complaint drivers and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor KPIs related to complaint resolution, turnaround time, and quality metrics.
Prepare clear, actionable summaries, visualizations, and insights for presentations and business reviews.
Support ongoing improvements to the complaint handling workflow, including documentation updates and data quality checks.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data used for reporting.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, dashboards, data modeling) and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
