About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Professional Services Automation (PSA) to support a global portfolio of PSA implementations and ongoing enhancements. This role suits someone who understands Professional Services operations end-to-end and can translate business needs into scalable, efficient technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead requirements gathering, business process mapping, and gap analysis for PSA initiatives.
• Translate business and functional needs into clear user stories, workflows, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to design and deliver PSA enhancements.
• Support Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Identify and drive process optimisation and automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary liaison between global business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Required Experience
• Extensive Business Analysis experience within Professional Services Automation projects.
• Strong understanding of Professional Services operations including resource management, project financials, utilisation, and delivery workflows.
• Hands-on experience with PSA platforms such as Kantata, Mavenlink, Certinia/Salesforce PSA, OpenAir, Napta, Kimble, or FinancialForce.
• Proven track record managing multiple workstreams in an Agile environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working on global programmes.
