Role description
Public Sector Partner Marketer (Contract – 2 Openings) Duration: 1 year Rate: $35-$40/hr Location: Fully remote (up to 10% travel) We are seeking two dynamic and results-driven B2B Public Sector Partner Marketers to support a key enterprise technology client. The ideal candidates will have 4–8 years of experience in public sector partner marketing or co-marketing, with a strong background in demand generation, GTM strategy, event management, and customer engagement. This role requires someone who is highly strategic, collaborative, and comfortable working directly with C-suite executives, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Experience working with federal, state, local, NGO, or non-profit organizations is required. Experience in the AI or technology sector is strongly preferred. This is a client-facing position. Responsibilities • Develop and execute public sector partner marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue • Manage co-marketing initiatives with public sector partners, focusing on demand generation and engagement • Collaborate with C-suite executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams to optimize partner experience • Lead GTM planning, event coordination, and campaign execution for public sector audiences • Leverage analytics and reporting tools to track performance and deliver insights • Support the growth of emerging ISV partnerships, particularly in the AI space • Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders Required Qualifications (Need at least 3 of the following, plus baseline requirements below) 1. Experience working in tech partner marketing with public sector clients or partners 1. Proven ability to exceed pipeline goals and drive revenue through public sector partner marketing 1. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills 1. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 1. Experience with data visualization tools (Miro, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, Tableau) and project management tools (Confluence, Jira, Trello, Asana, Airtable, SharePoint) 1. Experience nurturing emerging ISV partnerships, preferably in AI Baseline Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • 4–8 years of experience in B2B public sector partner marketing, co-marketing, sales channel marketing, or a related role Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience using audience and analytics platforms such as ZoomInfo, Crossbeam, 6Sense, or Bombora 1. Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and marketing automation strategies
